SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is conducted via USPS.Tracking numbers will be sent out the day the items have been shipped, NOT the same day you ordered . It can take up to 4-5 business days AFTER you've placed your order to receive a tracking number. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. *IF PAYING VIA SEZZLE ADD 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIPPING , IF PAYING VIA KLARNA ADD 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIPPING , DUE TO FUNDS HAVING TO BE RELEASED TO US * During sales, shipping time is extended to 7-10 business days to account for an increase in orders. We can currently only ship to addresses in the United States.

 To add additional protection to your order , we provide Signature Requirement delivery option which is still the same shipping time as standard. It does cost more but it also includes insurance for your order , meaning that if for some reason the post office delivers your package to the wrong house/mailbox and isn't returned to you we will replace your order for FREE. You must pay for the delivery option in order to receive replacement. STANDARD SHIPPING WILL NOT BE INSURED !

 Signature Required Delivery

Please understand the follow before choosing this delivery option:

  • Someone has to be at the address to sign for package ( 18+)

  • Carrier will only make 2 attempts to deliver

  • After 2nd attempt package will be held at the local post office for 2-3 business days before getting sent back to sender  

  • If package is returned to us , there will be an additional $15 fee to ship back out for the inconvenience 

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be extended. We are also not able to offer express shipping at this time. This is out of our control, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to COVID-19 safety restrictions, we are currently not accepting returns. If you have received a damaged product or otherwise need help with your order, use the chat button in the bottom right corner to send us a message. We will do our best to resolve your issue!
